Estroff Residence - Lakeland, Florida
|
The Estroff Residence was located on a rural site in Lakeland,
Florida and designed to maximize the spectacular views of adjacent rolling
farmland. The 3,500 sq. ft. home features a plan modeled after a French
farmhouse archetype that appears as if it has been constructed over time.
The first floor houses entry, dining room, kitchen, study and living room
functions that step down to accommodate the sloping site. Bedrooms are
located on the second floor and include a full guest "mother-in-law"
suite above the garage with its own private access. The residence exterior
features blue concrete roof tile and textured cement plaster wall finishes
accented with Florida keystone details.

Gibbs Residence - Palm Harbor, Florida
|
The Gibbs Residence was formerly a circa-1965 single story home
with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. A 1,500 sq. ft. master bedroom,
master bath and study was added as a new second floor creating a new 3,500
sq. ft. residence. A sloping, two story roof line allowed vaulted living
room, dining room and foyer spaces. Painted wood windows and faux finished
railings compliment the Mediterranean Revival exterior design vocabulary.
The project included a lushly landscaped swimming pool deck with a glass
block waterfall and a barbeque area with patio seating.

Private Residence - Belleair, Florida
|
Located on a double lot on exclusive Belleview Island in Belleair,
Florida, this 6,500 sq. ft. residence is a spectacular example of current
waterfront residential design. The site was gently bermed to give the flood
zone home a single story look and to minimize exterior stairs to the entrance.
Exterior materials feature cementatious siding, marble columns and decking,
and aluminum trellis work all designed to be attractive and durable. The
floor plan features a 27 foot high living room and adjacent media room,
a formal dining room and study, a 2,200 sq. ft. master bedroom suite and
a stunning kitchen and breakfast room overlooking the bay. The main hallway
is designed as a gallery space for the client's extensive collection of
modern art. A split level garage provides on grade parking for three cars
and a game room with a pool table one half level above the main floor.
